Old Bay Seasoning:

spice blend that usually contains celery salt, powdered mustard, cayenne, black
pepper, bay
leaves, cloves, allspice, ginger, mace, cardamon, cinnamon and paprika.

Uses: In Italian dishes, soups, sauces, meats, stews, and in bean
dishes.
Oyster Sauce:
It is a Cantonese seasoning that is a staple
condiment of Chinese cooking, This rich brown sauce is made with boiled
oysters and seasonings (soy sauce, salt, and spices). The ingredients are
cooked until thick and concentrated. A good brand is never fishy. Be aware
that cheaper brands may contain MSG and other additives.
